As an associate certified coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and trainer, Melanie assists individuals and teams in developing awareness surrounding their thoughts, feelings and behaviours in order to develop a strategy to optimize their potential. Melanie knows how to adapt to the needs of people and by paying particular attention to their psychological needs for relatedness, competence and autonomy. Specialized in Organizational Behaviour, she also lectures at the John Molson School of Business. In her spare time, Melanie enjoys swing dancing, yoga and hiking in nature.

Enza is a strategist in human-centered business design and implementation offering a broad spectrum of senior experience in the pharmaceutical, educational and leadership development fields. An ICF Certified professional business coach with a penchant for developing talent, elevating teams to higher performance and optimizing enterprise results, Enza is appreciated as an articulate communicator capable of synthesizing information and bringing people together behind a common purpose. Fuelled by relentless curiosity and learning, Enza speaks and writes fluent English, French, Italian and Spanish.

Kim L. Miles, MCC is an Executive and Team Development Coach, leadership trainer, and Mentor Coach for Professional Coaches. Kim has worked with CEOs, CIOs, VPs, Presidents, and Directors of Operations in Fortune 100, midsized, and small organizations.

As a Mentor Coach, Kim supports her mentees in deepening their understanding of the ICF Core Competencies, growing their coaching skills, and creating more alignment of who they are as coaches with how they coach.

Throughout Kim’s 20+ year career, she served in a variety of organizations in roles including internal coach, leadership development specialist, project manager, corporate account manager, electrical engineer, contracts coordinator, and program controls analyst.

Courtney is an award winning experiential designer and highly sought-after executive coach with over two decades of experience in harnessing human potential. After 20 years in Corporate America, most notably as an Executive with General Electric, she has built a highly successful executive coaching practice.

Courtney is a graduate of The Coaching Academy for Leaders and holds coaching credentials from the ICF, Positive Intelligence and Lumina Learning. She is also a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. She has completed her foundational training with the International Human Design School and is currently studying to be a professional analyst. She is a self-described “accidental farmer” and is lovingly restoring a homestead with her husband and children in the Berkshires.

Currently lecturing at the John Molson School of Business, Concordia University, Judy Nagy teaches entrepreneurship, responsible management and critical thinking to MBA and undergraduate students. She also actively mentors students for the Dobson Seed Competition and is a judge and speaker for various entrepreneurial events and competitions. As a strategic growth consultant within the high-tech industry, Judy leverages her 20+ years of experience to guide the growth of client organizations using responsible management techniques.

Stephanie has been an integral part of The Coaching Academy for Leaders since our first online cohort launched in 2020. In her current role as Director of Systems & Operations, she supports the development and refinement of internal systems and workflows that keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. Her thoughtful, detail-oriented approach helps ensure that the team, participants, and clients are supported by clear, organized processes at every step.

Patricia has been with The Coaching Academy for Leaders since 2023, starting as an Administrative Team Member and now serving as our Director of Community Services & Client Care. With over 15 years of experience in social services and customer service, she plays a central role in supporting our alumni, faculty, and participants. Patricia ensures our cohorts run smoothly, assists faculty in setting up for success, and supports participants as they navigate the certification journey from start to finish. She is committed to maintaining clear systems and processes that create a welcoming, well-supported experience for our entire community.

Corry Robertson is a leading global expert on coaching culture, engagement, and retention, and a Registered ICF Mentor Coach, with a client list that includes Fortune 100 companies. Corry is the Founder and CEO of The Coaching Academy for Leaders, and an award-winning coach, listed on Montreal’s top 20 Coaches by Influence Digest. Corry’s primary areas of expertise include supporting executives and emerging leaders through human performance improvement, organizational culture management, executive team development and leadership and high potential development programs.

Helena is a professional certified coach, organizational consultant and a designer and facilitator of comprehensive developmental programs, mostly in the areas of leadership, succession, emotional intelligence, engagement and conflict management.

Helena believes that coaching is a key component of sustainable change, and she incorporates individual, team or group coaching into all developmental initiatives she delivers to her clients. Helena works with diverse groups and teams; indigenous, multicultural as well as cross cultural, helping people and organizations develop, grow and change.
